Domestic Shipping Policy: The Kissing Cat uses Local Postal Service for all of our Malaysia Domestic shipping. It is FREE shipping for all Malaysia Purchase. For Singapore Purchase, Kindly add in another RM10 on top of your purchase. For other countries, please email us for the shipping charges.
Please note: While we make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible, most orders are not shipped until the following business day after payment.
International Shipping Policy: The Kissing Cat uses Malaysia Local Postal Service for all international delivery except where customer has specified their preferred method.
For most International orders, we ship via Malaysia Local Postal Services, unless it is unavailable. Typically, you will receive your International shipment within 2 weeks.
Please note: Once your package reaches the destination country, it is turned over to the local Postal Service and held until it clears customs. It may be subject to additional duties and/or taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. The Kissing Cat does not take any responsibility for such duties and/or taxes.
While most international deliveries arrive within 2 weeks, please understand that once the package is handed over to the local country, it becomes subject to rules and delivery timeframes of the local postal service, including any holidays or weather delays, which can cause delays. The Kissing Cat does not make any guarantees regarding shipping time for international shipments.
REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy: If you want to return an item purchased from The Kissing Cat for a replacement, please contact us explaining the reason for the return. We will make arrangements for you to return your purchased bag and receive a replacement as soon as possible. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. All refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery, and can only be honored for bags returned in new condition.
we only honored the replacement should the item is damaged due to manufacturer defect. Please inform us within 7 days after you've received your purchase. Any complaint after the said 7 days will not be entertained.

All bank in detail must be email (cs@thekissingcat.com) to us after you've cleared the payment.
International Purchase
We accept only payment via paypal.
Please do not send in the money before you get a final quote from us. We will let you know of the actual shipping charges first.
